SuperBoard Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your SuperBoard subscription. This Refund Policy outlines when and how we process refunds for paid plans. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms below.
1. Free Plan
- Try Before You Buy: SuperBoard offers a Free Plan with limited features (1 board, 10 widgets, no auto-refresh). We encourage you to test the Free Plan to see if SuperBoard fits your needs before upgrading to a paid plan.
2. Paid Subscription Refunds
- Refund Eligibility: If you're not satisfied with SuperBoard after upgrading, you may request a refund within [20 days] of your initial purchase.
- How to Request: Email our support team at hello@superboard.so with your account details and reason for requesting a refund. We'll review your request and respond within [1-3 business days].
- Partial Periods: If you request a refund after [20 days], or if you're on a monthly subscription, we typically do not issue prorated refunds for unused time. However, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
3. Renewal Refunds
- Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
- Cancellation Before Renewal: If you wish to avoid renewal charges, you must cancel at least [5 days] prior to your next billing date.
- Renewal Refund Requests: Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once processed, unless required by law. We encourage you to cancel in advance if you no longer wish to continue.
4. Payment Processor
We use [Paddle] for secure payment processing. If a refund is approved, it will be issued through Paddle back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback through your bank or credit card provider will result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at hello@superboard.so, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, or customer feedback.
